Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client in the recruitment of a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on an temporary basis for approximately three months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing timely and professional solutions.
• Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring products are dispatched within agreed timescales.
• Acting as a key liaison between customers, couriers and internal departments to coordinate the delivery of products and services.
• Managing customer complaints and service-related issues, ensuring corrective actions are followed through and communicated effectively.
• Monitoring customer queries to ensure response times are met and departmental KPIs are achieved.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all information is updated appropriately.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

• Previous experience within a customer-facing or customer service environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner.
• The ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• The ability to work independently using initiative whilst contributing effectively as part of a team.
• A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
