Key Duties

• Manage procurement activities including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting invoice reconciliation.
• Receive and process stock deliveries, asset tag equipment, allocate inventory correctly, and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
• Organise stock rooms, build areas, and preparation spaces to ensure they remain safe, efficient, and fully operational for engineering teams.
• Support stock reporting, cycle counts, inventory forecasting, and the preparation of stock for planned works orders.

Person Specification

• Previous experience within procurement, stock control, inventory management, or a supply chain environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work accurately with data and reports.
• Full UK driving licence and the ability to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment.
