COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR - #2146794

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator for a well known Utility Company based in Sheffield. The duties would be to support the teams with raising purchase orders, invoicing, updating job statuses, client liaison and general Administration duties as below: - Maintain supplier and subcontractor databases, including contact information, qualifications, and performance records. - Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites - Organize and maintain documents and records, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices and correspondence. - Prepare and distribute reports and other documents for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in data entry, database management, Excel spreadsheet management and information retrieval using software and tools. The hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm and the rate is £13.33 - £14.42 per hour, dependant on experience. This is an ongoing temporary role.
