We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Estimator to lead the
development of accurate and competitive estimates across major
engineering and construction projects, from concept through to
execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading the preparation of estimates across engineering,
procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management
activities
* Coordinating inputs from engineering, procurement,
construction, and supply chain teams, including reviewing
supplier and subcontractor quotations
* Developing estimating databases, productivity norms,
benchmarking data, and Basis of Estimate documentation
* Identifying risks and opportunities, supporting bids, project
controls, variations, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
