Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a confident and hands-on Client Services Administrator  to join an established residential retreat business with an exciting opportunity for growth. Having successfully operated for five years, they are now looking to launch the next stage of the business, and we need someone who wants to be part of making that happen.

This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with the founder across client management, operations, administration, recruitment and business development.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Coordinate residential retreats, including schedules, availability and client questionnaires.
• Manage invoicing and general administration.
• Support recruitment and provide PA-style support to the founder.
• Help develop and launch new ideas and opportunities.
• Contribute commercially and confidently put ideas in front of clients.
• Take ownership and make sure things get done.

• Has excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Is highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Is hands-on and happy to get stuck into whatever needs doing.
