The Role:

*Account Manager
*Based in Sheffield, office based
*Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and their day-to-day jobs
*Liaising with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep things moving
*Learning the technical side of the business, full training given
*Monthly bonus and on-call pay on top of basic salary
*Private healthcare included

Candidate Requirements:

*Well organised, with a good eye for detail
*Reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your own workload
*Good communicator, able to build relationships with different types of people
*Proactive, happy to ask questions and get stuck in
*Comfortable with everyday computer systems (Word, Excel, Teams)
*Any background considered, customer service, admin, operations, retail management or similar all welcome
