Regional Trainer/Learning Lead - #2151861

My Client with their Head office in Essex are looking to recruit a Learning Lead into their L&D team across the North and South of England.

Purpose of the Role:

The Learning Lead will lead our induction and learning programmes across the organisation. They will deliver and promote the best quality care practice through learning and development interventions and also support new Colleagues through our induction programme. This position is a pivotal role within the organisation.

Job Description:

• Joint Implementation of and adherence to organisational policies and procedures
• Ensure all new Colleagues are able to work through Care Certificate resources (where necessary)
• Develop and maintain a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with each Service
• Develop and implement learning packages, in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts (SME), based on the TNA
• Attend relevant train-the-trainer courses, in order to be able to cascade the learning
• Deliver additional required learning and leadership development workshops / programmes in line with organisational requirements
• Responsible for scheduling of learning in collaboration with the Head of Learning and Registered Managers
• Collaborating closely with Registered Managers to ensure mandatory training compliance is up to date and appropriately challenging where there may be gaps

Qualifications & Experience:

• CIPD Membership
• PTLLS / Award in Education & Training Level 3
• Experience of the Health and Social Care sector
• Evidence of CPD
• Experience of delivering training virtually and class room based in a variety of settings to a diverse audience
• Experience of developing and delivering training sessions on various subjects including leadership, management skills and developmental workshops
• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager, Lead, Trainer, or similar role is necessary
• Experience of digital training tools, e-learning techniques, and delivery methods
• Experience of creating a range of learning and assessment interventions

This role will require travel between Yorkshire & Essex
