This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who provide award-winning design services to the residential, retail, leisure, and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their Leisure team in their Sheffield studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Manage and deliver on a range of Leisure projects
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary team

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree or diploma within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects within the Leisure sector is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
• Live within a commutable distance to Sheffield
