We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who also has Business Analysis experience to work within our IT Solutions team. You will be working within our IT team as part of our merger and integration activities with our parent company. This role will support key change activity to align and integrate systems, processes and ways of working across the wider organisation.

We are a forward thinking, values driven housing association, and this role is based in our Sheffield city centre office for 50% of your working hours.

More about the role:

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT project delivery, being involved at every stage from pre-project scoping, discovery and mapping through to project delivery and implementation.

As we align with our parent company, PfP, your work will also help bring together systems, processes, data, governance and ways of working across the wider organisation, rather than solely focusing on ‘business-as-usual’ activity.

Who you are:

Someone with strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as a solid grounding in project management methodologies and business analysis practices. 

You will be able to fully embrace customer service in translating between technical and business requirements to develop specifications, plans, and documentation.

You should have experience scoping, gathering data, mapping and documenting current ways of working, capturing business and technical/data information; as well as identifying any problems with current systems and processes and conceiving of ways to improve. You will have led a range of projects and ideally led organisational change.

You should be passionate about continuous improvement and delivering projects that enable positive outcomes for our employees and customers.
