Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Export and Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and growing team. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, systems support and EU export coordination. You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience while ensuring orders, systems and export processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and social media.
• Process orders, replacements and warranty claims.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate where required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
• Process EU export orders and prepare relevant documentation.
• Ensure country-specific import and export requirements are followed.
• Liaise with 3PL partners regarding shipments, deliveries and issues.
• Support logistics queries and shipment tracking.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel confidently; SAP and Salesforce experience is desirable.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 2–3 years' experience in customer service or technical support.
• Has previous import/export experience.
• Is confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Is organised, accurate and able to prioritise independently.
• Has a positive, proactive and collaborative approach.
• Has a basic mechanical/technical understanding or a genuine interest in learning about technical products.

Desirable:

• Salesforce Service Cloud
• SAP Business One
• Additional European languages
• Power tools or similar technical products
• Previous experience working with 3PL or logistics providers
