Do you have what it takes to take full ownership of a fast-paced manufacturing operation?

Shillito Executive Search has been exclusively retained to appoint a Factory Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy UK manufacturing facility employing around 100 people.

This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who is comfortable being visible, hands-on and accountable for the performance of the entire factory.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of:

• People and leadership
• Production and operational performance
• Health & safety
• Quality
• Cost and commercial performance
• Stock and inventory
• Maintenance
• Productivity and efficiency
• Continuous improvement

We are keen to speak with experienced leaders currently working in Factory, Operations or Production Management who have a proven track record of leading teams, improving performance and delivering results in a manufacturing environment.

This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for someone who leads from the front, makes decisions, solves problems and understands the operational and commercial consequences of those decisions.

Above all, this is an opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership, someone who will take responsibility for the factory, its people and, ultimately, the results it delivers.
