Senior Compliance Business Partner - Consumer Credit - #2158217

We are working with a Consumer Credit business who are looking to add a Senior Compliance Business Partner to their team. The role will support the Head of Compliance and play a key part in enhancing the firm’s compliance framework. This opportunity would suit someone with strong regulatory knowledge within a consumer credit compliance environment.

Duties & Experience required include:

1. Lead on compliance monitoring to ensure delivery of the annual compliance monitoring plan – designing, establishing, and implementing a monitoring framework proportionate to the business
2. Support and/lead on AML/Financial crime related tasked e.g. firm wide risk assessment, establishing controls, PEP processes, SAR investigations
3. Draft, review and/or establish compliance and/or financial crime policies, procedures and frameworks in line with FCA requirements
4. Support training and awareness initiatives to embed a strong culture of compliance
5. Collaborate with the wider business to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes
6. Proven compliance experience, within consumer credit financial services sector
7. Knowledge of FCA regulations with strong understanding of consumer protection requirements, CONC, Consumer Duty and SMCR
8. Strong ability to meet deliverables and own responsibilities and tasks without significant oversight
