Ecommerce Manager | Consumer Goods | Office-Based | Management Team

Ready to build and lead the next phase of eCommerce growth?

We're working with an ambitious consumer goods business that is investing in its digital operation and looking to significantly expand its presence across Amazon, Shopify and other eCommerce channels.

As part of this growth, we're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join the management team and take ownership of the company's online growth strategy.

This is a build-and-grow opportunity not simply a role managing an established operation.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the eCommerce strategy, develop new channels, drive online revenue and build the processes and capabilities needed to support the company's continued growth.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Developing the eCommerce growth strategy
  • Driving sales, margin and profitability across digital channels
  • Managing and optimising Amazon & Shopify
  • Online trading, merchandising, promotions and product launches
  • Amazon advertising and marketplace performance
  • SEO, content and conversion optimisation
  • Identifying new marketplace and digital opportunities
  • Using data and customer insight to drive commercial decisions
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations
  • Developing KPIs and reporting to measure online performance
  • Helping shape the structure and future direction of the eCommerce division

We're looking for an experienced eCommerce professional from a consumer goods, retail or FMCG environment, with strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon and Shopify.

You'll need to be commercially driven, analytical and entrepreneurial – someone who enjoys building, improving and growing rather than simply managing the status quo.

Why this role?

  • You'll be joining at an exciting point in the company's development, with the opportunity to work directly with the management team and play a genuine role in shaping the future of the business's digital growth.
  • If you're an ambitious eCommerce professional looking for the opportunity to make your mark and build something, we'd love to hear from you.
