We are seeking an Employment Advisor to support individuals into employment, training and education opportunities. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with customers, providing tailored guidance and support that delivers life-changing outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering one-to-one employability advice and guidance
• Running workshops, inductions and group sessions
• Supporting customers with CVs, applications and job searches
• Creating personalised action plans
• Building relationships with employers and referral partners
• Monitoring customer progress and maintaining accurate records
• Providing ongoing support throughout the customer journey

What We're Looking For

• Experience in employability, or a similar environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to motivate and support others
• Strong administration and IT skills
• Experience working towards targets and KPIs
• A positive, resilient and customer-focused approach
