We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to support a government-funded programme helping young people aged 18-24 gain valuable work experience and move into sustainable employment. You'll be at the heart of service delivery, ensuring customers, employers and partners receive an efficient and professional experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating customer registrations, referrals and appointments
- Managing advisor diaries and supporting caseload allocation
- Maintaining accurate records and updating electronic systems
- Liaising with customers, employers and external partners
- Processing payments, purchase orders and administrative documentation
- Supporting office operations and daily service delivery
- Promoting the programme through networking and engagement activities
What We're Looking For
