We are looking for an Employer Engagement Consultant to develop relationships with employers and create employment opportunities for individuals looking to progress into work. This is an opportunity to combine business development, networking and recruitment skills within a rewarding sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generating employer leads and business opportunities
• Building relationships with employers and stakeholders
• Attending networking and employer engagement events
• Identifying recruitment and workforce development needs
• Matching candidates to vacancies
• Coordinating interviews and recruitment activity
• Gathering employer feedback and supporting customer progression
• Maintaining accurate records and management information systems

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, employer engagement or business development experience
• Proven success working to targets and KPIs
• Strong networking and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment, employment or training sectors
• A proactive and results-driven approach
