Head of Finance - #2161768

Our Sheffield based manufacturing client is recruiting for a Head of Finance to lead and manage the finance function within the busy, fast paced manufacturing business.

This is a key leadership position, reporting to the FD, and we are looking for an individual who is prepared to lead, build an effective finance function and challenge existing practices.

You role will be expected to dig beneath the numbers, understand how the site operates and ensure that the financial information produced accurately reflects what is happening operationally.

You:

* Qualified or QBE.

* Experienced within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

* Experienced in management accounting, costing and inventory control.

* Capable of leading and managing a finance team.

* Commercially minded and able to understand the operational drivers behind financial results.

* Prepared to take responsibility for resolving problems rather than simply highlighting them.
