Program Manager - #2162118

We are looking for an experienced Programme / Transformation Delivery Lead with in programme portfolio management and large-scale transformation delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Experience leading complex, globally distributed transformation portfolios.
• Strong experience managing large-scale platform and data migration programmes, preferably involving SAS environments.
• Expertise across target-state strategy, roadmap development, environment readiness, testing, parallel running, cutover, backout planning and decommissioning.
• Strong understanding of SAS migration dependencies, including code remediation, data lineage, reconciliation, controls, operational readiness and post-migration assurance.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformations across multiple business areas, platforms and geographies.
• Strong ownership of programme governance, benefits realisation, RAID, cross-programme dependencies, stage gates, assurance and audit readiness.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, working across business, engineering, operations, risk, security, controls and suppliers.
• Experience delivering transformation programmes within regulated financial institutions, with strong knowledge of risk, security, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with investment cases, financial forecasting, resource planning and delivery capacity management.
