Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain dressing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform first-off authorisation of milling/turning parts prior to profile finishing
- Work in full compliance with relevant SOPs and work instructions
- Adhere to the company's Quality Management System at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
- Carry out rework activities where required to meet specification
- Actively support and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives
Rotating Shifts (Weekly Rotation)
Week 1:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
Week 2:
- Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
- Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
