Role Overview

We're partnering with an ambitious, technology-driven organisation that is investing heavily in AI to help its people work smarter, faster and more effectively.

We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who can bridge the gap between technology and business needs, building practical AI-powered solutions that solve real challenges and deliver measurable value. This is a hands-on role focused on outcomes, not experimentation for its own sake. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and rapidly develop tools, integrations and applications that make a genuine difference.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across a growing business. You'll have the freedom to explore new ideas, deliver impactful solutions and work with both technical and non-technical teams to drive innovation and business improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building and deploying AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
  • Developing applications, automations, integrations and AI-assisted tools that solve real business problems
  • Working directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate ideas into practical solutions
  • Identifying repetitive manual processes and introducing automation opportunities
  • Integrating AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows
  • Testing, measuring and continuously improving solution performance and effectiveness
  • Supporting colleagues in the safe and effective adoption of AI tools
  • Ensuring solutions meet security, governance and compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to maximise adoption and business value

Skills Required

We're more interested in your ability to solve problems and deliver meaningful outcomes than ticking every box. You'll likely bring:

  • Experience developing applications, automations, integrations or software solutions
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, large language models, automation platforms or related tools
  • Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP or similar
  • The ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering value quickly
  • A genuine interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning
  • A pragmatic approach to technology, security and problem-solving
