Marketing & Engagement Executive - #2167945
FinLegal
FinLegal is a UK based LegalTech company, focused on automation and AI for law firms and medical experts. The platform leverages modern technology to help the industry improve client experience, increase fee income, and reduce administrative burdens. FinLegal has a team of around 30 people - you'll report to our Operations Director, and agree your priorities with her and our CEO. You'll work alongside the Sales and Customer Success teams, with direct access to the people setting the company's direction.
The Marketing & Engagement Executive will run FinLegal's day-to-day marketing and help us grow and look after our expert network and existing client base. The role will cover both sides: marketing (content, campaigns, events and outreach that build our profile and support pipeline) and community engagement (supporting expert recruitment and keeping existing clients active on our platforms). You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams and use AI tools to get more done in a small team.
This role will suit someone with some marketing, community or client engagement experience, who wants ownership and is comfortable working without a dedicated marketing manager. You will agree priorities with senior management and be trusted and supported to deliver them. Experience in, or genuine curiosity about, LegalTech, AI and start-up environments is important.

Existing client engagement and retention
- Support the Sales and Customer Success teams with engagement activity for existing clients, focused on retention, adoption and account growth.
- Organise client user groups, focus groups and community sessions, and share what you learn with the wider team.
- Create nurture and feature-adoption campaigns that encourage platform activity and introduce new features.
