Trainer / Learning & Development Trainer

Sheffield | Flexible hybrid working & regular regional travel

Salary: £40,000 - £47,500 + £5,700 car allowance

I’m recruiting an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver practical learning programmes across a regional business.

Working closely with the L&D Manager, you’ll:

• Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual workshops.
• Design new programmes and refresh existing content.
• Cover topics including leadership, change management, customer service, critical thinking and personal impact.
• Work with different teams to develop training specific to their needs.
• Create workbooks, learning resources and digital content.

You’ll need strong training design and facilitation experience, with the confidence to engage everyone from frontline colleagues to senior leaders. LMS and e-learning experience would also be useful, particularly with a new system planned.

Regular travel is a key part of this role, covering the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Midlands. There’s flexibility around home and office working, with your week shaped by training delivery and business needs.
