As an HR Adviser for the UK & EMEA region, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with regional employment practices. Based in Sheffield, you'll work in the life science industry, assisting with various HR activities to help the organisation run smoothly.

Description

• Provide HR support across the UK & EMEA region, ensuring compliance with regional employment laws and practices.
• Assist in managing employee relations, including addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
• Support recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth.
• Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics for decision-making purposes.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to align practices across regions.

Profile

A successful HR Adviser should have:

• Experience in HR operations within the UK and EMEA region.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the relevant regions.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and handling data accurately.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships.
• A proactive approach to managing HR tasks and improving processes.

Job Offer

• Daily rate of £150
• Inside IR35
