Academics Agency is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Sheffield's most dynamic specialist schools - and we want YOU.

YOUR MISSION (SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT):

Be their champion - support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building confidence and core skills.

Think on your feet - adapt lessons, resources, and approaches to fit each unique learner.

Turn behaviour into progress - use positive, tailored strategies that build self-esteem and engagement.

Collaborate like a pro - work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress and shape EHCPs.

Embrace every challenge - from sensory sensitivities to speech delays, you'll meet each child where they are and take them further.

WHO YOU ARE:

Qualified or experienced - Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings.

SEN-savvy - you've supported children with additional needs and know how to adapt, connect, and inspire.

Calm under pressure - patient, flexible, and solution-focused when things get tricky.

DBS-ready - Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to get one fast.

Reference-perfect - two strong professional references ready to go.

WHAT WE GIVE YOU:

£92.56-£110 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, depending on experience) + holiday pay

Paid weekly - term-time only, temporary Monday-Friday.
