We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who is looking to join a supportive and growing Residential Property team.

What will you be doing?

• Managing your own caseload of residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
• Handling a variety of residential property transactions
• Reviewing titles, drafting contracts and dealing with enquiries
• Managing exchanges of contracts and completions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client care
• Managing multiple matters and working towards deadlines
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior members of the team
• Working collaboratively with the Head of Residential Property to support the department's continued growth

What are we looking for?

• Ideally 3+ years' post-qualification experience within residential conveyancing
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or similar experienced professional
• Confidence managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A proactive approach and willingness to support junior colleagues
• Someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team
