A well established and respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 1 years' PQE to manage a varied and high quality caseload, working within a supportive and forward thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advise clients on mental capacity matters
• Handle Court of Protection work
• Deal with probate and estate administration
• Advise on trusts and tax planning
• Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide clear, practical and high quality legal advice

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years' PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive approach to managing a caseload
• Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
