Aztrum are pleased to be working with an established architectural practice based in Sheffield, who are looking to appoint a motivated and driven Architectural Technologist to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation

• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues

• Support planning applications and building control submissions

• Contribute to projects across relevant RIBA stages, from design development through to technical delivery

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes

• Experience producing technical drawings and construction documentation

• Proven experience working across RIBA stages 0–4

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
