Lead Product Manager - #2172263

Role Overview

Technology can play a powerful role in supporting people through some of life’s most important and emotional moments. We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join a growing technology business and take ownership of translating product strategy into successful product delivery while leading and developing a team of Product Managers.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for portfolio prioritisation, roadmap delivery and balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities and technical feasibility. You will play a key leadership role in shaping product direction, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring products deliver meaningful value to customers across the UK.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a product leader who enjoys developing people, driving customer-focused decision-making and building strong cross-functional relationships. You will work closely with Technology, Delivery, Data, Marketing and Customer teams to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement across the product portfolio.

As a trusted partner to senior product leadership, you will contribute to wider business decisions, help grow product capability and play a significant role in shaping the future of the organisation's product offering.

Skills Required

• Experience leading Product Managers or senior product professionals.
• Proven success managing and delivering across multiple products or product portfolios.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to make effective prioritisation decisions.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Confidence influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing product processes, frameworks and ways of working that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine data, insight and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
• A growth mindset, natural curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate roadmap progress, product direction and strategic priorities clearly across the business.
• Experience managing competing priorities, resolving cross-product challenges and removing barriers to delivery.
• Experience partnering with technology and delivery teams to successfully execute product roadmaps.
