HR Advisor - Recruitment and Development - #2172343

Are you an experienced HR professional who loves variety? My client is a leading manufacturing company based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, looking for a proactive HR Advisor to provide hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, employee development and day-to-day HR operations.

You’ll manage recruitment campaigns from vacancy to offer, coordinate a great onboarding experience, support probation and performance reviews, maintain the HR system, coordinate training and apprenticeships, and work closely with managers across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and inductions
• Support managers throughout recruitment, probation and performance reviews
• Coordinate training, apprenticeships and employee development
• Maintain accurate HR systems, records and documentation
• Produce HR reports and management information
• Build strong relationships with managers and recruitment partners
• Support HR projects and process improvements
• Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance across all HR activities

• CIPD Level 3 qualification
• Previous experience within HR or a People function
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A professional, confidential and proactive approach
