Pre Construction Manager - #2172902

Have you been working in Pre-Construction, Estimating or Bid Management within the Social Housing sector?

Key aspects of the role:

Working within the Social Housing team, you'll be responsible for taking projects from initial tender through to contract award, ensuring everything is in place for a successful delivery.

• Managing tender submissions and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Working closely with the Commercial, Estimating, Operations and SHEQ teams to develop project proposals.
• Planning delivery strategies, programmes, logistics and resource requirements for upcoming schemes.
• Building relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Identifying project risks and opportunities to ensure tenders are commercially viable and meet client requirements.
• Supporting the handover and mobilisation of contracts to the operational teams.
• Attending client meetings, presentations and tender interviews.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in Pre-Construction, Bid Management or a similar role within construction or Social Housing.
• Knowledge of Social Housing refurbishment, planned maintenance, retrofit and decarbonisation.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing tender processes.
• Ideally come from an Estimating background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
