Interim Senior HR Business Partner
£65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance | 12–18 Month FTC | Hybrid / Remote with UK Travel
Elevation Recruitment Group have and opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a business on an interim basis for 12–18 months.
This is a broad generalist role with a strong focus on Employee Relations, supporting a unionised, multi-site business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence matters
- Working closely with trade unions and supporting employee relations activity
- Partnering with senior leaders on a range of operational and strategic HR matters
- Managing and supporting two HR Advisors
- Supporting organisational change, people initiatives and day-to-day HR challenges
- Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice across multiple UK locations
What we are looking for:
An experienced Senior HRBP or HR Manager with a strong background in complex ER and unionised environments. You'll need to be comfortable working autonomously, influencing senior stakeholders and getting stuck into the detail when needed.
The role offers hybrid/remote working, although regular UK-wide travel will be required.
