The Role

As a Primary Care Key Account Manager, you will work closely with GPs, Practice Nurses, Diabetes Specialist Nurses, Primary Care Networks and other healthcare stakeholders to increase awareness and adoption of blood glucose monitoring technologies. • Conduct impactful face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational events and account reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives and local NHS priorities.
  • Analyse local market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in a Primary Care pharmaceutical sales role or medical device sales role working within Primary Care.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS, Primary Care environment and local healthcare systems.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and account management skills.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of delivering sales and business objectives.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities within complex healthcare pathways.
  • Experience delivering educational and value-based customer interactions.
  • Diabetes, medical device or diagnostics experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in diabetes care while working in a highly visible customer-facing role. You'll be responsible for driving awareness of innovative blood glucose monitoring technologies and partnering with healthcare professionals to support improved patient outcomes across your territory.
