The role

We're expanding our highly skilled team through a multi-departmental position, playing a key role in both marketing and operational functions. 

Spanning multiple functions means the role will play an important part in delivering our marketing campaigns, as well as some supplementary responsibilities concerning our day to day warehouse and office operations.

The role's primary functions will include:

• Working alongside our Marketing Manager to deliver impactful marketing campaigns in line with our marketing strategy. This may include creating short form content for TikTok & Instagram, writing impactful blog posts for our website, alongside customer engagement across Dapper Dan's wide reaching distribution network. 
• When required, assisting the operations team with day to day warehouse duties such as picking & packing, stocktaking etc, in order to help maintain our high standard of daily operations & fulfilment quotas.
• Working alongside the rest of the team to provide high-quality customer service, from general customer enquiries to marketing-related requests from key business stakeholders.
• Working within the marketing department to develop innovative ideas to drive brand awareness.

The ideal candidate.

Essential 

• Strong writing and editing skills, capable of producing clear and engaging marketing copy, whilst maintaining brand tone and voice.
• High level of technological literacy
• Confident and experienced with all major social media platforms. 
• Willing to take a hand-on approach to tasks, adapting to a wide range of operations and customer service based functions, alongside core marketing responsibilities.
• Willing and eager to learn the infrastructure of; and contribute to the dynamic requirements of a growing SME.
• A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferable

• Experience with editing software (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc).
• Basic understanding of SEO, and GEO.
• Previous marketing experience.
