HDM Energy

Company Description HDM Energy helps organizations reduce energy costs, improve resilience, and gain greater control over their energy future through integrated, low-risk solutions. The company designs, funds, installs, and manages end-to-end energy systems that combine solar, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, and ongoing operations and maintenance into one streamlined offering. Customers benefit from lower-cost, more predictable energy from day one, without needing to provide their own capital expenditure. HDM Energy focuses on removing complexity by pairing technical expertise with straightforward advice, long-term support, and a practical, outcomes-first approach. The team supports organizations in making confident energy decisions, whether their goals are cost reduction, improved sustainability, or increased resilience in an uncertain energy market.

Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheffield, responsible for overseeing the delivery of integrated energy projects from initiation through completion. This role includes planning project scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinating design, funding, installation, and operations teams; and ensuring that key milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will manage stakeholder expectations, provide clear communication to customers and internal teams, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Daily tasks include tracking progress, managing project documentation, leading status meetings, coordinating logistics and inspections, and resolving any issues that arise during execution. The role also involves collaborating with technical experts to optimize project outcomes and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
