Required Experience

• Significant experience leading enterprise endpoint management transformations within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record delivering global workplace transformation programmes involving 20,000+ endpoints.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
• Experience migrating from legacy management platforms such as:
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
• Group Policy
• Traditional imaging solutions
• Third-party endpoint management platforms
• Experience operating within highly regulated environments such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Government.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and architecture governance forums.
• Demonstrable experience managing large-scale technology programmes with multiple workstreams and delivery teams.

Must Have:

• Deep Microsoft Intune expertise
• Led a 20,000+ endpoint transformation
• Migrated from SCCM/MECM to modern management
• Strong Entra ID, Autopilot, Defender and Zero Trust knowledge
• Global programme leadership in a regulated organisation
