- Drive improvements in automation, control execution and evidence collection capabilities.
- Translate policy, governance and control requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
- Present architectural options, trade-offs, risks and recommendations to senior governance and architecture forums.
- Collaborate with technology, engineering, cyber security, risk and controls stakeholders to align strategic objectives and implementation plans.
- Support the adoption and implementation of architecture standards across multiple technology functions.
- Provide architectural leadership across strategic programmes while maintaining an enterprise-wide perspective.
Required Experience
- Significant experience operating as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Enterprise Architect, Lead Enterprise Architect or Chief Architect.

- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, integration architectures, APIs, data architecture and automation technologies.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across CIO, CTO, CISO, Engineering and Risk functions.
- Ability to balance strategic design with practical implementation and organisational adoption.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Experience

- Experience delivering technology controls transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to GRC, risk management, compliance or assurance platforms.
- Experience embedding controls within cloud, platform engineering, DevOps or modern software delivery practices.
- Knowledge of controls automation, operational resilience or enterprise governance frameworks.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will help the organisation achieve:
- A clearly defined enterprise target-state architecture for technology risk and controls.
- Greater standardisation across tooling, processes and control execution.
- Reduced duplication across platforms and technology investments.
- Improved quality, consistency and auditability of control evidence.
- Increased automation of controls and compliance activities.
- Strong adoption of enterprise standards, patterns and architecture principles.
- A pragmatic and deliverable roadmap from the current state to the future-state architecture.
