Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Network Infrastructure background to lead the delivery of strategic infrastructure and network transformation initiatives within a large-scale enterprise banking environment.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex network and infrastructure projects, working closely with architecture, engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure and network transformation projects from initiation through implementation and operational handover.
• Deliver projects involving:
• Network refresh and modernization
• LAN/WAN transformation
• Data Centre migration and consolidation
• Firewall and security infrastructure upgrades
• SD-WAN deployments
• Cloud connectivity initiatives
• Network segmentation and resilience programs
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage RAID logs and governance reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Network Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Architects, Security, Operations, and Vendors.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Present project status, risks, and delivery metrics to senior leadership.
• Manage third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Support transition into BAU operations and post-implementation reviews.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience delivering Network Infrastructure projects within large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing:
• Network transformation projects
• Data Centre migrations
• Network refresh programs
• Infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Enterprise connectivity projects
• Strong understanding of:
• LAN/WAN technologies
• Cisco network environments
• Firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
• Load Balancers (F5)
• DNS/DHCP/IPAM
• SD-WAN
• Network Monitoring solutions
• Cloud Networking (Azure/AWS)
