Sonographer - #2185498

MedicsPro is recruiting a Locum Sonographer for an ongoing position performing non-obstetric ultrasound scans across Sheffield. You’ll need a relevant ultrasound qualification, competence in non-obstetric scanning and at least six months’ UK experience.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant ultrasound qualification covering non-obstetric scanning.
• Appropriate professional registration, with the accepted registration route to be confirmed.
• A minimum of six months’ UK experience.
• Demonstrable competence in performing non-obstetric ultrasound examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-obstetric ultrasound examinations within your clinical competencies.
• Obtain and record diagnostic ultrasound images in line with local protocols.
• Maintain accurate examination records and escalate findings through the appropriate clinical pathway.

Working Arrangements

• Ongoing, full-time locum assignment.
• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
• Onsite working at various locations across Sheffield.
