Field HR Investigator - #2188245

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a nationwide business, that are currently seeking a Field HR Investigator to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be based remotely, with travel across your allocated region.

Hours of work will be 5 days per week, Monday - Sunday on a Rota basis.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £33,300 with access to a car allowance / own vehicle.

As a successful Field HR Investigator, you will be responsible for;

• Attending sites across your specific region, conducting preliminary investigation task in relation to the issue i.e. theft / cash loss
• Prepare accurate and timely investigation notes
• Build relationships with a varied range of people within the organisation, from HR Advisors, to Managers

The ideal Field HR Investigator will have experience in the following;

• Previous experience working with a retail environment, supporting with common day to day issues
• Good understanding of employment law / regulations
• Have good communication skills to be able to build positive relationships across your region
• Be flexible to attend urgent investigations as and when needed
