Salary: £14-16 per hour (Depending on experience)

Role Responsibilities
- Set, operate, and program CNC lathes to produce precision components.
- Work from technical drawings to tight tolerances.
- Perform quality checks and inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience as a CNC Turner.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience with Fanuc or similar controls is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Happy to work shifts if required.
