Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Sheffield

Employment Type: Contract(3-4)months

(Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office)

My client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Marketing Manager to support Senior Managers in delivering integrated marketing, communications, and events aimed at educating and supporting smaller businesses on their finance journey.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brand teams to plan, develop, and deliver content and campaigns.


• Create and promote SME-focused digital content, newsletters, and web collateral for campaign initiatives.


• Work with colleagues to raise awareness of key initiatives and drive engagement.


• Implement tactical marketing activities in underserved areas to promote services.


• Provide regular updates on campaign performance to key stakeholders.


• Support senior stakeholders through activity updates and reviews.


• Lead and manage regional events with investment teams.


• Oversee the management of dashboards to track team activity.


• Ensure all activities adhere to brand guidelines and act as a brand guardian.

Skills Required:

• Significant experience in marketing, communications, and events management.


• Strong copywriting and content development skills.


• Knowledge of Power BI or alternative data insight platforms.


• Financial services experience in debt, equity, and investment is preferred.


• Experience implementing brand guidelines with third parties.


• Preferred knowledge of the regional policy and investment landscape.


• Strong writing skills for digital, print, and social media.


• Experience using event management tools is desirable.


• Professional Marketing Communications qualifications preferred.
