Technical Engineer - #1695317

Sue Ross Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside their clients based in Sheffield who are looking for a Technical Engineer on a temporary basis of 3-months. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday and is fully office based. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in deploying Windows 11 and will be able to hit the ground running.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include;

• Testing new software and applications to ensure compatibility with Windows 11
• Deploying Windows 11 across the organisation with minimal disruption
• Using Intune to package software for deployment
• Ensuring strict cyber security standards are adhered to
• Responding to all service requests in a timely manner
• Providing front-line support to users as needed
• Keeping all documentation up-to-date
• Supporting the improvement of deployment and solving any post-deployment issues.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Office applications within a business setting as well as previous experience with deploying application via Intune.
