UTR Learning Coordinator, Transportation Learning Team

Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Coordinator to support operations by preparing new hires for productivity and driving standards adoption. Responsibilities include leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving process standardization and improvement, performing quality audits, and measuring metrics to enhance customer experience and network performance.


Key responsibilities include:



  1. Leading Learning Trainers and Ambassadors

  2. Creating and managing onboarding programs

  3. Tracking new hire productivity and ensuring learning curve improvements

  4. Managing onboarding plans with stakeholders

  5. Mentoring staff in lean principles and standard work processes

  6. Supporting process excellence through Six Sigma and lean practices

  7. Implementing best practices and standardization based on Amazon's standards


Minimum qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree completed

  • Operations background

  • Experience leading and developing teams to achieve organizational goals

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics

  • Cross-functional project management experience

  • Experience with performance metrics

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills

  • Fluent in Portuguese and intermediate English


Preferred qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA is a plus

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and stress management skills

  • Ability to innovate and develop process solutions
