About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll lead the development and expansion of our modern web applications, ensuring they are scalable, consistent, and user-centric. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver innovative tools and experiences that align with our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the technical vision for web application development
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of high-performance applications using modern tech stacks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams
  • Work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering to rapidly develop and launch new customer features
  • Champion code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and mentoring


Qualifications: BSc in Computer Science or a related highly quantitative field


Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of Full Stack development experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments
  • A proactive, flexible, and results-driven approach to problem solving
  • Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, and cross-team collaboration
  • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and driving change


Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including both OOP and functional programming
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • API design and development using REST and GraphQL
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and IaC tools like Terraform
  • Data modelling and working knowledge of the full SDLC
