We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established and growing organisation based in Sheffield for an experienced Engineering Manager.

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing engineering activity, managing a team, and supporting operational delivery across technical projects and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day engineering operations across the site

• Lead and support a team of engineers and technicians

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

• Work with senior management to improve performance and efficiency

• Support quality, health and safety, and compliance standards

• Liaise with suppliers and other departments to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar engineering management or senior engineering role

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering

• Good people management and leadership skills

• Ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate teams

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

The Offer:

• Salary between £57,000 – £61,000 per annum
