Part-time Financial Controller wanted in or around Sheffield

About the role:

The role is to work with our client in their Haulage business. The basics in the finance function are covered but there is a need for an experienced and commercially-minded Financial Controller to work with the internal team in the finance function and help move the business forward, on a part-time basis.

About You:

You should be an experienced Financial Controller with experience working in growing SMEs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both SMEs and large organisations as well as exposure dealing with international accounts.

Your expertise should include:

• preparation of insightful management accounts / reports




• working with large corporations as well as SMEs




• experienced working with international clients




• balance sheet reconciliations




• cashflow and profit forecasting




• budget preparation




• experience and working knowledge of Xero




• be commercially experienced




• experienced excel user including pivots, sumifs and graphs




• proficiency in presenting financial and commercial information to non-financial leaders



• 
  

  you must be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACMA/FCCA/ICAEW) or QBE (5+ years) with experience managing a finance team.

  
  

  Rate of pay: £35 per hour
