Here at our Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sheffield we have a fantastic opportunity for a Bodyshop Advisor to come and join our well established business. If you wish to become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK, then please take a look at what we can offer you.

This role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for our Bodyshop customers and Insurance companies, both face to face and over the telephone. You will organise and ensure the efficient booking and repairing of customer’s vehicles and co-ordinate work in the Bodyshop. You will be responsible for ensuring customers work is progressed swiftly and processed in line with company and customer expectations whilst maintaining a positive relationship with all parties. The role will also involve accurate data management and co-ordinating the distribution of documents within the Bodyshop Department and with other departments.

To be considered for this role, you will have customer service experience and be confident with IT. You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and will possess a keen eye for detail, be computer literate and will be able to remain calm in a high-pressured environment.
