We're now expanding into a brand new office in Sheffield city centre and looking for ambitious individuals to join our Recruitment Consultant development programme.

What we offer:

• Base salary of £28,000 to £30,000

• Realistic first-year earnings of £33,000 to £38,000

Your role in year one:

• Source and interview candidates for roles in schools

• Write and promote professional CVs and candidate profiles

• Work closely with our sales team to place candidates in the right roles

• Hit agreed weekly KPIs with full support and training

• Earn commission throughout the process

After year one, you'll transition into a Sales Consultant role and receive further training in:

• Business development and client management

• Negotiation and margin growth

• Safeguarding and compliance

• Time management and customer service

• Handling objections and tough conversations

• Background in sales or education is highly beneficial

• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments

• Driven, resilient, and target-focused
