Our Management Accountants are expected to be the best in the industry and as a successful and growing business, we make no apologies for being highly selective in the calibre of new Accountants joining our business.
Our Management Accountants are key to the success of our businesses. We are looking for somebody with motor industry experience and a good working knowledge of DRIVE Accountancy software.
Experience of the completion of management accounts and experience in a franchised dealership is essential to be considered aswell as knowledge of key asset areas within dealership management; including cash, used stock (all categories) adopted and bearing new interest vehicle stock, parts stock, work in progress, vehicle debts, bonus and F&I debts and aftersales debts.
You will possess excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills. We are a learning organisation and we want our new Accountant to be engaged with the active coaching and mentoring of their team to instil a learning culture within the business.
