As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key part in delivering innovative healthcare schemes from inception through to completion. You'll work directly with clients, take on real responsibility, and be supported every step of the way by a collaborative and well-established team.
This is the ideal platform for a Quantity Surveyor seeking fast-tracked progression, with a clear pathway to Senior QS and structured support through an internal APC programme-perfect for those working towards MRICS.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a UK consultancy is a MUST
- MRICS or committed to achieving
- RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable but not a must
- Pre & Post Contract experience
- £40,000 - £50,000
- Car allowance
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
